The Dreaming Stories website is owned and operated by Aboriginal Nations Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 78087139106)

Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.

Pricing
• Prices, products and offers include GST when sold in Australia
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
• Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. All items offered as a collectable are subject to Limited Edition quantities.
• We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa & Bankcard only.

We do NOT accept American Express or Diners Club.

Orders may be paid for by bank cheque or money order in Australian dollars only. Personal cheques issued by Australian banks in Australian currency are accepted subjected to 5 business day’s clearance. Please ensure that cheques and money orders are made out to: Aboriginal Nations Australia.

We also accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.

Delivery
When you place an order with Aboriginal Nations Australia you will receive a confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched or if there is a delay in supplying an item.

Delivery Costs
Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost.

Australian Delivery: Please note that domestic orders are sent either by Courier or Express Post through Australia Post. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

Delivery Delays
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If there is a fault in the manufacture of the goods we ship on receipt of your order we will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original Aboriginal Nations Australia sales order docket. All returns are to be sent to:

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.

International Ordering
International orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are susequently reliant on overseas postal services. Aboriginal Nations Australia will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. International Courier orders are traceable and fully insured and therefore replaceable if lost en route.

Customs and International Duty
Please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

Overseas Returns
If there is a fault in the manufacture of the goods we ship on receipt of your order we will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original Aboriginal Nations Australia sales order docket.

Please contact us prior to returning goods to Aboriginal Nations Australia. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods Aboriginal Nations Australia will:

• Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
• Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and the Aboriginal Nations Australia. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international shipments are subject to our International terms and conditions.
