Synopsis:
The story Brolga is that of a beautiful young Aboriginal girl who loved to dance, she became famous and people would come from throughout the land to watch her dance. Men would fall in love with her and want to marry her, yet Brolga just wanted to dance.

Then one day when Brolga was far away in the plains an evil man followed her and used his magic to capture her as he wished to marry her. Brolga said she would never marry him or anyone and with that the evil man used his magic and turned Brolga into a bird. That is the story of how Brolga became a bird.
